Whether you are looking to attend the course as an individual or on behalf of your organization or business we can supply the Two day Mental Health First Aid Course at your convenience. We also deliver ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and Self Harm Training (dates below). We are due to deliver Youth Mental Health First Aid, WRAP training and others.

Open Courses

These courses are for individuals or a few individuals from an organisation/ business or the general public who want to train in Mental Health First Aid, no previous qualifications are required and your attendance is kept confidential. We do have a waiting list for full courses so please contact us if your preferred course is full. BOOK NOW

We have dates available to deliver the course at your chosen venue or we can organize a suitable venue for you. We ask that the maximum attendees for these courses is 15.

We currently provide FREE training dates for certain priority groups working in Middlesbrough on behalf of Middlesbrough PCT for information and available dates please contact us.
