The ‘Mental Health First Aid’ Training course gives people the skills to provide that early help that is so important in recovery of mental health problems. The earlier a problem is detected and treated, the better the outcome.
Who is the course for?
All those who have little or no knowledge of how to help when someone is suffering from a Mental Health problem. Those who work with the public in roles in the following industries have found the course particularly beneficial; Leisure, Health and Social Care, Contact centre employees and Managers, Criminal Justice System, HR Managers and staff, Voluntary sector, Housing and Employment, Post 16 Education, Information, Advice and Guidance providers.
